A pair of five bedroom dwellings | Upton, South Oxfordshire
Our client purchased this site with the benefit of planning permission for two dwellings, and we were tasked to visit the designs and see if a more contemporary aesthetic and layout could be achieved for each dwelling.
We made a number of changes to the plans which included making the living areas open plan and we redesigned the staircase for each dwelling, thus allowing an additional bedroom to be gained at first floor. Allied to this we made a number of external alterations to the original permission which were well received by the planning officer.
